Ad customer service/ items always short

On the 2/12/13 I placed an order invoice No:3309842 and item 4507x2 was not inside the box but I was billed for it I then send them an email on the 6th when I received my items that those items were short and they replied to say I will get it on my next order which I have placed on the 7/12/13 Invoice 3322061 which still didnt contain the shorten items I again ordered on the 13/12/2013 and still that order came without my 2 perfumes when you phone the call centre they cant help me they telling me I can only get it in january which is not what my customers want to hear. I try to get myself as much cutomers so I can make a better profit but the more items i buy the more error i find in my order and customers think you are unreliable and go buy somewhere else.the customer service we are receiving from justine is not impressive at all. if someone can please help with i need my 2 outstanding items i cannot wait for january.
