It s Christmas time we all do our last minute shopping -but to be given the same attitude and service for 2cosecurive days then it's not on .21th of do ember I wanted to do some shopping in the hour that I had available .well it's Christmas time and obviously stores are over packed with customers so that I'd fully understands .wanting to purchase 2 pairs of boots I was interested in I asked one of the sales guys to assist me or get me any assistance with the 4 other customers that we're standing with me to buy shoes .i asked him if he could assist in a very bad attitude he told me to wait my turn he doesn't care werther info o come that was the response with no remorse or apologies we walked away. I asked for management James came and apologieon his behalf I was irritable -angry --because I wasn't asking for no discount I'm a customer and was paying - I them took the shoes asked another female assistant to assist me time was no longer on my side so I asked her to keep the boots I'd come later we Both agreed on that -22nd I cam in looking for my shoes they sold telling me she carnt keep a shoe for 12hours it's not even 12 hours and my shoes are sold -I'm emotionally Angry
