Post Office gave our mailbox to someone else

We have had a mailbox at the Moreleta Plaza Centre for a number of years now. This year we paid our mailbox on time as per usual. In february however we could not open our mailbox as it was locked. We have been phoning for the last couple of weeks, the post office told us on several occasions that they can see on their system that our mailbox was paid on time. This morning we phoned again seeing as the strike is now supposedly over, and the customer care representative told us our mailbox is now registered in someone elses name.

Please we need to sort this out urgently as we havent been able to get mail for the last couple of months! This is unacceptable!
