Incompetence of Bothasig Post Office

I rent a mailbox at Bothasig Post Office since 2008. I am the ONLY occupant to receive post in that post box as I renew my rental every year.

Since 2008, I've had a problem with the person sorting the mail because I receive my own mail, as well as mail from other people in my post box.

I have REPEATEDLY asked the staff at Bothasig Post Office to only put Slabbert mail in the post box, but my request is not taken seriously.

I have made uncountable calls to the post office, I have left a note in their comment/suggestion book, I have written a letter to "Die Burger" news paper, I have asked nicely, I have pleaded, I have sworn... But unfortunately no one there knows how to spell. I have spoken to the assistant manager a couple of times, and specifically a week ago she promised me that she will tell the person who sorts the mail that if the surname Slabbert does not appear on the post, he/she must NOT put it in my box. But when I collected my post on 2013-06-02, AGAIN there was mail for Huyshamen Trust in my mail box!

I find it difficult to understand how this issue could not have been resolved in 5 years!!!
