What more can I say than utterly PATHETIC, a few months ago i paid a fine at the post office, i paid it in the time allocated to pay, after the rude lady working behind the counter told us the post office is the only way it could be paid (which I later found out is a lie) she then proceeded to charge us a large fee for sending the payment through, a month and a bit later the fine was returned as "not enough info was added" after the lady telling us to only fill in certain parts, i had to then pay again to send it back to Durban (I live in Boksburg) another month and a bit and i had to go back yet again to the post office in regards to this fine, i now have a warrant out for arrest if i don't pay an extra R200.00, when i have proof i paid it before the allocated time. And to top it all off the lady behind the counter went on to say, sorry i cant pay my fine there as the fine system is "offline". Of course SA Post Office will not reply to this, their service is absolutely dreadful. This isn't the first problem iv'e had with them. Hopefully people will use other means of posting their parcels so that SA Post office can fix the way they operate or better yet close down for good!
