I went to the South Africa post office this morning just after 08h00, was assisted by a lady in counter 2, unfortunately she didn't introduce herself and she had no name tag, so I cannot really say who her name is but she is at the lottery counter. I greeted her and told her I had a parcel that has to be sent to Nelspruit, her response was I have to cover it with brown paper and carried on with what she was doing, I tried explaining to her what exactly I was looking for, but she just didn't look interested to what I was saying to her... I then asked if it was going to arrive to day? Her answer was "we only do overnight delivery", carried on with what she was doing on her computer, I left came back with a white box, the parcel was on a red mini box, I then asked the security guy that I have the box but what im looking for is the bag speed courier bag or something like that, the security explained all the different option I may have and the post office is offering, I gave him the box and took it to the same lady that had assisted me in the morning but she just turned the security away and just didnt want to hear anything from him, I was quite disappointed with her attitude and
