I frequently send and receive parcel via Danhof Post Office as our PO Box are with them and they are the closest to me.
Every single time I go there, there is a queue almost standing outside the door and only one person at the counter "helping". This person is also so slow, that people just walk out. While being helped one day by the only helpful lady there (looking for my parcels), we heard at least three (3) other people in the "staff room" eating and talking and laughing. This included the, what appears to be, the male manager.. One client standing fourth in line, already waiting 15minutes, phoned the person in charge of that post office to complain. Then the male manager came out and told me it's MY fault and I am keeping everyone up because I don't give them the notification paper they put in my PO BOX... BUT I follow the status of all my orders via the online tracking and if I had to wait for that notification I would loose business!!! I know for a fact that I have 6 parcels at the post office since the 6 May. I checked the post yesterday, 9 May and I have only received a notification on ONE of my parcels. I refuse to wait for notifications. Put your service in place!!!
