BIGGER POST OFFICE POORER SERVICE

On Saturday 19 October 2013 at 10h42 I arrived at the Menlyn Retail Park branch of the Post Office, to post a letter. I left the Post Office at 11h45. In the queue there were only 6 people. There was only 1 person to serve us with general post office matters and another dealing with motor related matters where there were 3 people. People in the queue started complaining and it seemed as if the Postmistress was walking up and down past the window, as if to listen what people are saying. Eventually she decided to come out and when the first customer in the line complained about the fact that this was a new post office which was transferred from Menlyn Mall to give customers a better services as there were more counters and counter staff, she ignored the person and went to the second person asking what she wanted. Then she opened another counter to assist people with parcels to collect, which meant that people behind me were now being served first and I still had to wait. Bigger post office poorer service!!
