Hi, I booked for a photoshoot with Ubuntu deal for a shoot for only R199 with a package of 10jumbo prints. On the day of the shoot which was the 01 Nov 2013, the photographer did his job exceptionally well but then I had to receive my jumbo prints as per their advertisement package, Julian offered me a disc with R1000 off and I couldnt raise the funds, I sent them an email on 11 Nov 2013 with no response then finally decided to respond to their confirmation mail on the 21 Nov 2013 and they responded to say the next day my jumbo prints will be available then Julian called me on the 22 Nov 2013 to let me know that they will only be available 3weeks from the 22 Nov which was the 13 Dec 2013, to today's date, nothing has been said to me by them and their land line is just ringing.
