This company is run by a rude unprofessional photographer who's sense of customer service is not a priority on her list. I have purchased a Groupon special from KS Photography and she redeemed my voucher well in advance from me doing the shoot. She doesn't reply to smses or emails and she certainly doesn't return calls, her attitude stinks. She conducts herself in a rude and abrupt manner even shouted at me as the client. Then she tells me to get a refund after all the running around and cost incurred for bills such as emails, sms and phone calls she tells me and I quote "please contact Groupon for a refund... as I have no reason to keep your photos". Eventually when I do get the prints it's all the incorrect prints and when I had questioned her about it she tells me must have got the prints mixed up and that I can print them on my own, this defeats the purpose of paying for prints doesn't it. Her enlargement prints are poor quality its computer prints and she laminated them.
I will not recommend her to anyone as a client I do not appreciate the attitude and rudeness of this girl. You will be wasting a lot of time and money if you choice to do business this is girl.
