I bought a photo shoot through Daddy's Deals in June 2013. I attempted on several occasions to book a time slot over 5 months with no response until eventually i had to leave an irate message on their phone. They finally returned my call after not being able to make contact with them previously as the phone only rings.
I had my photo shoot and ordered the relevant images. An additional 2 x A1 prints were ordered over and above and after confirming they would be ready with my main collection, when i arrived, they had not even been ordered to print. The receptionist couldn't find my order and seemed clueless as to what the system or process was. After some searching i found the pile of my photo's myself. It was promised that the 2 additional prints would be delivered to me due to the inconvenience of not having them ready with my main collection. It is now 2 months later and i am still waiting and listening to excuses such as the car was in for a service, it would be arranged for various days and those have all come and gone several times!
This is the most disgusting service EVER experienced with any supplier and would NEVER recommend them. I WANT MY IMAGES!
