I bought a deal through groupon where photos was ment to be delivered 4weeks after submitting them.
I submitted the photo images on the 28th of August 2013 and to date have not received it again, I submitted it again in October, and now Mr Walters just does not get back to you, or reply to emails.
I think this is utter poor service, waiting almost 5 months for 100 prints, if they printed one per day, it would have been at me quicker. Needless to say, I do not even know if they started on the prints or not. All Groupon tells me is that "the partner" will honour all the vouchers.
Hopefully we get the prints this year still...
