Ordered a groupon :15 jumbo prints, 30 edited images 2 A4 prints. Shoot organized for the 24th September. Told we would get the photos the next week. Two weeks of inquiry and no reply. I am an extremely patient man, so I was quite understanding when the photographer explained that she had been admitted to hospital and that there would be a delay. The delay was a further six weeks!! We waited a week after her first reply, and then inquired again. She did not reply. A further week passed before we contacted her again. She said that she would drop off our photos at our residence but only when she was in our area for her own convenience. However, that time was inconvenient for us. It's already a month overdue. The next week we were out of town so we asked her to post it to us. Waited a further 2 weeks before asking her whether it was posted. It was but she had no tracking number. I'm still waiting for this post. Received reprinted photos on the 25th November, 8 weeks after my shoot. However, to get these photos, we had to sms and call her everyday for 10 days. Each day she told us it would be ready the next day. We received amateur prints, a cd, no A4 prints as promised. A.
