Poor customer service and unprofessionalism

We had our wedding on the 29th of December 2012. We still waiting on our prints, because that was part of the package and a coffee book. We only received a disc with pictures on and the coffee book. The coffee book had a typing error, we send it back to him. We still waiting on the coffee book and our prints. It is almost a year now and we did not receive our prints and our coffee book. When we phone him he hardly pick up and we must always follow up with him.
