We recently purchased a groupon for a photoshoot and are so disappointed with Emotions Studio.
We were promised a one-hour photo shoot for up to four people with 15 to 20 high-res images on a disc and six jumbo prints
Besides the R375 we paid for the groupon, we were charged R200 for an additional person (my 6 year old daughter), R750 for a disc with all our photo's and R80 for 4 extra edited photo's. A total of R1405.
The result?
Well the disc with our unedited photo's are a huge waste of time. Almost 95% of the photo's are out of focus and has a white glare destroying the photo's. So we wasted R750 on a useless disc.
The 24 edited photo's, what a. All that was done was to clean the background. We were told that our photo's would be photoshoped and edited, yet all marks and unwanted sights are still visible. We could have just as well taken the photo's with our own camera on a white backdrop.
And 6 jumbo prints??? explain the number 6 and the word jumbo? We received only 4 prints and they are normal photo size prints.
I'm sure a refund will be refused so how does emotions studio plan to rectify this?
