I purchased a deal from My Daddy's deal for a photoshoot with 100% images.
We went for our photoshoot on the 9 March 2013 and had a 45 minute shoot compared to the 2 hour shoot we were meant to have.
On the day, we purchased a special for R1500 for the editing of our high res documents. We were promised the edited high res photos and print outs within a week. The 1st version we recieved, the workmanship was unacceptable. I gave them another chance. So i asked for the low res version to be sent via Dropbox for my approval, the photos were over done and some were not even edited.
I was then told the photos have been redone and I can collect. At the time I was highly pregnant, so I went to collect. The photos they should me were the original photos. Yes, I was furious!!
Till this day, I have not received the photos and have sent numerous emails, with hardly any feedback. I have called and left so many messages and no response.
It's been over 3 months and they still have no answer or feedback as to what is going on!
Never use this supplier as Julian, Bonny and company have no professionalism or work ethic.
