SAPO WEBSITE AND DELIVERY AN APOLOGY

Hello there,
I am Ola. I am use to buying my goods online from ebay, bid or buy to mention but a few. firstly i have requested that my mails and parcel should be sent to Westhoven after using the appropriate code 2142 instead of Melville but to my surprise they keep sending it to Melville which is causing some hassles in picking up. When I call customer care of SAPO TO COMPLAIN, they almost argue they got no post office at Westhoven close to Sophiatown! Also, no single slip have been brought from melville to pick up my parcel and have lost some some items that doesnt have a local tracking number to such negligence which I believe it still with them. 1. what must i write for my mails to be posted to WESTHOVEN POST OFFICE. 2. Why also is there website giving wrong information and not usually updated. I just go to melville to cross check some tracking numbers with them and always to my surprise it must have arrived there a week earlier and gave me the assurance other items without local tracking number is with them. my name is OLAOLUWA OSUNKUNLE. If there is a way they could check outstanding goods with my name. i need service delivery on this issue please. thanks
