No contract to protect you, just a useless receipt---deposit R2800 to be given back with 1 month notice but they played around [wait 7 working days/no money available now/deposits only on Mondays/deposits only before 5pm/the person have the safe keys is not here now... bla bla bla...] when i got upset they simply told me [Hire a lawyer if you don't like it] cuz they know lawyers are expensive in Cape Town and most of the ppl will just go back their countries and have no opportunity to do so... BUT I DID THAT.
I left in October, now we are in mid December, i didn't got my money except when i stepped into the place with a lawyer and threatened them legally, but for normal guests; THEY WILL PLAY AROUND AND WILL NEVER GIVE YOU YOUR MONEY BACK!!!
They deducted R250 for [cleaning] which NEVER mentioned before

separated only by (Partitions) not walls which transfer whisper--every time somebody takes a shower water comes into the room--Bed bugs ate me--other weird insects inside the room--Windows are not done properly and cold will INVADE your room really--
You need to think thousand times before you go to this horrible place everybody believe me :(
