My Parcel was transferred from JHB local post office and arrived at Johannesburg INT HUB on the 23/10/13 and now it has been stuck there ever since. Today is the 28/10/13 and tracking shows its still there and status of the parcel is COMMENT. Every time i call the phone just rings and then cuts off. This is shockingly bad service from SAPO. If only they would just pick up the phone. My Tracking Number RJ012015943ZA. Please help.
