I went into partners Cavendish yesterday on the 17th December and took along a magazine with a picture of exactly how I wanted my hair to look like. I specifically told the "stylist" that I only wanted my hair trimmed and that the fringe should be a long one in the pic. She suggested she cuts it long and then I could decide if I wanted her to go shorter but instead she got scissor happy and cut tons of layers into my hair making me look like the return of Tina Turner and then also cut my fringe short without giving me the option to decide how I would prefer to have it. As if that did not horrify me enough I had hair in my mouth, on my face and in my eyes and had to ask her to please clear it off my face and then the rest of the time I had to do it myself. The hair she cut was all over on the table as well as down my clothing and I felt as if I needed to get home to shower immediately. When I returned to work and called her to let her know that I hated what she had done to my hair, she did not even apologize but instead made excuses as to why she needed to cut my hair the way she did and then offered for me to come back to her to "fix it"! NO THANKS PARTNERS! Awful Experience!
