Hi, Parcel was posted to me from England to South Africa on the 13 Nov 2013. Was posted via International signed mail. According to Royal Mail Should take 6-10 Working days to arrive because it is airmail.
I have waited now 5 weeks and parcel has not arrived. I Phoned The Jhb Mail Centre and they inform me that the container is missing. The container contains many other parcels not just mine. How can this happen?
Please can you help locate my parcel?
