Parcel stuck at HUB

My international parcel with the tracking number RI273135287ZA arrived in South Africa on the 11th of September, after going through customs it was then incorrectly sent from the Mail HUB to the incorrect branch, it was then sent back to the Mail HUB and has been there since the 19th of September, it is now a week later and the parcel still has a status of "in transit" and has not left the Mail HUB.

This is unacceptable and actually disgusting that my parcel has been in the country for more than 2 weeks now and I still have not received it!
