Stuck at JHB INT MAIL CENTRE (hub)

I orderer my sister a parcel from Hong Kong for Christmas 2012. She was on holiday, so we knew it was going to take a while and was fine with it. It was suppose to take about 2 weeks for the parcel to arrive. She posted it round about on the 27th of December 2012. It arrived at the JHB INT MAIL CENTRE (hub) on the 7th of January 2013. The last scan was made on the 14th of January 2013 thereafter it shows the status of "in transit" up until now.
I phoned the Local post office, who told me I need to phone the JHB INT MAIL CENTRE (hub).
There after I've tried to contact the HUB station on a hourly basis, but the phones keep on ringing without any answer.
My international order number is RD026025645SE. I have not received anything from them yet.
