This business was recommended to us by a friend who has used them for 15 years. We used their services to clean two couches. They has direct access to out lounge, where the couches are, and to the garden, where they moved them to in order for them to dry faster. They asked our domestic worker to use the bathroom, as they 'needed water'. What? Why not ask for a glass of water? Then they asked out domestic worker 'what do the people here drink? ', and insisted it cannot be water. They asked her to make them some coffee, which she did. In the meantime, they were wondering in and out of our bedrooms, down the passage, away from the lounge. I wonder what for? To render a free service one night to 'clean us out'? They demanded food from my domestic worker too, which she refused to give them. I phoned the business when I got home, and spoke to Jason, who said he would look into it, and give me a call today. When I called at 10:30 this morning, he said that Martin had gone out, but would be calling me. 2 Hours later - nothing. They seem to think it is normal for their staff to be rude, and 'check our place out'!!!
