I had a query on my electricity bill and was not sure how to go about sorting it out. I asked technicians fixing a fault on my road in Springs where I could go and was directed to the Petit walk-in centre. The technicians were very friendly and helpful and HAPPY.
Yesterday upon arrival at Petit, I was greeted by a very professional, yet approachable, security official who directed me to an even more helpful and friendly receptionist. The receptionist immediately took my query to a colleague and came straight back to let me know that they are looking into the matter. A couple of minutes later, I was escorted to the correct person to deal with (and was even told by the person who initially looked into the query why I was being redirected) and my query was explained and resolved.
I won't mention names as I was blown away by everyone who passed me by and that I dealt with. Should management need their names, I will happily go back there and find out.
I left the Petit walk-in centre most impressed and would easily go back there anytime! Other municipal departments should find out what the secret to their success is!
