Compliments to Eskom

I reported that we did not have electricity at 10.30 Sunday 24th November - Pendile at the call centre was most helpful and professional and said someone from Morningside would be out within 6 hours. Reference No 108657908. Less than an hour later Pendula (?) was at our house. He was most friendly, helpful and knowledgable. He fixed the problem after saying that he had never seen an electrical box (in our complex) in such a state. He told us that he had worked for Eskom for 36 years - what an ASSET he is to Eskom. Thank you Eskom for great service and I trust my comments will be passed on to Pendula and he will be recognized for his great service and knowledge. J Barham, Khyber Rock
