I had reason to contact the ESKOM Toll-free Centre for assistance yesterday to enquire about opening a new account for electricity billing (Pennington).
My oh my, I was expecting the same terrible service when phoning other government, parastatals or any other institution now a days for assistance.
What a pleasant surprise!!! The lady I spoke to (unfortunately I missed her name) was very professional, super-efficient and extremely helpful. My query was resolved within a couple of minutes.
Well done!!! Keep up the good work!! You are an asset to ESKOM and should be inspiration to your colleagues.
