Called ESKOM this morning, for a change I did not have to hold forever and got through to the correct person within seconds. Litshani was very helpful, efficient and friendly and dealt with my query without me having to explain it in 5 different ways. What a pleasure to deal with someone in the govt related service industry without any hassles.
