Crapiest service ever from the technicians. I don't have electricity since saturday night. I phone eskom to tell them about the incident and they gave me a reference number... wich I received a message on my phone after 3 hours saying that the techinician has fixed the problem while I'm still sitting in the dark wait. That query was closed without fixing the electricity... today its monday and I'm still sitting in the dark with another reference (third one for the day) while their technicians saying that they fixed the problem. Do I get this treatment just because I live in the townships???
Hope eskom will surprise me and follow up on this complain
