A few months back, payment rules change without any notice: from payment on account (after receipt of consumables) to payment upfront before you may place an order!
Last week, printer's screen indicates a specific consumable is empty; promptly stops working. The usual email order is placed. The sales agent says emphatically several times that "there is no such thing". I take a photo of the screen & email through. Still no such thing!!! but sends through a quote on which i have to pay almost R6000 in order to get the consumables (that apparently dont exist!) Confused yet? Yes, we were too.
After payment was made, 2 days after order, incorrect order arrives with driver huffing and puffing as he cannot find our signposted office. We contact the supplier, the driver returns with further incorrect order.
I insist on a technician who knows what he is doing. Finally ones calls me, i tell him the issue and says he will order the items that i shouldn't pay upfront for, and he will bring them himself to install. He saved the day, thanks Xerox.
XBC then could not refund the money they incorrectly forced me to pay because everyone was on leave. I have to wait for January for my refund.
