Outcome for no electricity - Cable. Cable was replaced.
On 31/07/2013 - Eskom ref: 100052636, I requested a letter for insurance purposes. Our Bore Hole Pump got damaged and our insurance will pay, provided I supply a letter from Eskom stating that they confirm Cable with case number.
No response up do date and I do not know what to tell my insurance.
Is it so difficult to get a letter from Eskom to enable my insurance payout?
