Pay electricity is the most useless thing one can do cos you dont get your value for money. Eskom is the worst company when it comes to service and thats why competent people should be put in place and useless ones ousted. we have been having regular black out and nothing is being done, when you call they say they will be looking into the matter. its gonna get to a stage where our appliances are damaged due to Eskom not being attentive to this query. People who normally dont buy electricity never experience this pathetic service, yet we the good citizen who use prepaid elecricity always suffer. i guess one should just join the rest of the people and connect illegally and then my complaint will have no base. maybe the query will thenm be looked into. ESKOM, OUR MAIN BOX IS FAULTY AND WILL PUT ALOT OF LIVES IN DANGER.
