I ordered a parcel from an international supplier on the 8th of May, it was posted on the 9th of May.
It has since sat at Customs since the 20th of May, even though (at my own expense without being informed that information was required) I have followed up and sent through order confirmation emails and invoices of my package. When trying to follow up there is a complete lack of customer service from both the SA Post office and Customs, including being on hold for over 40 minutes with a consultant only to have the call dropped; or have a senior advisor tell me she does not know how to help me.
I have provided the order number and would like to know when this matter is going to be sorted out, especially seeing as I ordered and paid for the parcel almost a month ago.
