I called the post office asking to speak to the manager she said 'from which department ' and i didn't know they had many managers she failed to explain to me whats happening she hang up on me just like that. Then i was supriced i called again i told her i am gonna report her if she continued with her bad attitude she said to me again 'go on my name is Josephine Baloi'
