So i lost my parking ticket at around 8 pm on Monday 9/12/2013, so i went to machine where you normally pay the ticket and pressed the help button, i spoke to a lady called Abongile and i told her can she send someone because im willing to pay the 40 bucks for losing my ticket and she said yes. Ok so i wait until 8:20 pm and no one pitched up yet and its already 20 minutes so i went to my car and drove to the boom and i pressed the help button again and i complained again because by now its been almost 30 minutes that i'm stuck at canal walk and this stupid lady tells me i need to come to their office which is at entrance 2 and i was at entrance 8 which is totally ridiculous. So she then put her superior on and i told him the story and they sent a guy around who then had to call them again and that guy told me she didnt even send someone the 1st time i called them only when i complained again. It took me 45 minutes to get out of canal walk and this for that should take no longer than 5 minutes
