I took out a contract with MTN and days after getting the tablet I received an sms stating that I need to pay R450 into MTN account. I did pay the amount only just to realise that the amount wasn't for my account. I then called MTN to correct the wrongful payment. The lady that I spoke to said she will get the money paid back to me. A week later I had to call again and had to wait almost 20 min just for the person to get the payment through to my account an he told me that it will take 4-5 working days for the payment to reach my account. I've been waiting for two weeks now and still no reverse payment. Is this how MTN does business with their clients?
