I went to Trade Route Mall to pick up an envelope from the bank which took me under 10 minutes. So I didnt pay for my ticket when I got to the boom gate it dooesn't want to let me out. On pressing the help button the lady just comes on the intercom and tells me "go back and pay" she won't listen to anything. The security guard at the boom even said she has no patience and she doesn't listen to anyone. When I went to the parking office she tells me there's nothing on the parking tariffs that says 15 minutes free parking. So does that mean everytime I go to drop and pick up my mum at the mall I'm going to have to pay R5?!
