We bought all of our baby stuff from this store. We spent around R 20 000 there. We had purchased the goods 4 months before the baby came and had left the goods in the box. When we opened the box for the pram we noticed that it was not the color we wanted and it was broken. When we contacted the store they said that they would send it to the factory but couldn't give us a loan pram so we said that was too inconvenient, so the very rude lady at customer service said that they would send us the replacement for the broken part of the pram it has been 6 weeks and still nothing. We also had to keep the wrong pram because they refused to swap it. Prior to the birth we had made our registry there. It was to be set up a month before the baby shower. When we went to look at the bin with the goods from the registry a week before the baby shower, it had not even been put out and as a result we didn't receive any of the things on the registry and when we complained we merely got a shrug of the shoulders and not even an apology. Another thing was when we tried to purchase a baby gym that was marked R699 they said that the price had gone up and refused to sell it to us at that price.
