Disgusting customer service

I ordered the cake for my niece birthday ref: Y82, we collected the cake on the 19.04.2013 everything was fine with the cake until we got home and put it in the fridge, later that evening when we have to leave to the place where we booked for the birthday party the cake was falling from the side, we took the cake with the next day the cake was worse than yesterday, I decided to take pictures of the damage cake.
The 22.04.2013 I spoke to Jabu from Cake for Africa and he advise me to send email and pictures which I did and no feedback was received two days later I phoned again and he told me Sonja sent an email which I didn't receive and he ask me to hold on and they we chat chatting on the other side of the phone then Jabu advise me that Sonja will definitely send an email.

Today 07.05.2013 I phoned again to follow up on my request cause no one send me an email or phone me with regard to the fl-opp cake,
To my surprise Sonja was screaming at me telling me the cake was put on the back of the seat and actually it should have been on the floor of the car, which this was not advised when I collected the cake, she even put phone down on my ear, I paid R800 expecting good quality.
