On 12 December 2012, I ordered an item from Israel via eBay posted with Israelpost. Thus far I have not received the package.
Two days ago I sent the supplier a message asking whether they know of any delays and the supplier responded that the package should have arrived by now. Yesterday I emailed Customer Service of SA Post Office and the gentleman was very helpful and gave me the domestic tracking number while referring me to Witspos (Bryanston). I used the tracking number given to me on SAPO webiste and noticed that my package has been at Witspos since 28 December 2012. MORE THAN A MONTH! I looked up an email for Witspos on the internet and emailed them the same day. To date, I have not received a reply.
What on earth should I do? This is horrible service.
