I have been purchasing Epol rider meal for my horses for a number of years, and was quite happy with the product as my horses remain in good condition during the entire year, winter included. But now the contents of the bag differs from one to the next. This latest bag has about 75% bran pellets in, and due to the high cost of the feed, bran pellets are quite cheap, this is a rip off. Now the feed also comes with a label stating: This feed contains Genetically Modified Organisms (GMO's). What I would like to know is what are they.
Plus the feed has gone up this year from R174 per bag to R215, which is rather a large increase. It cannot be because of the mealie price, as that has come down and gone up several times this year, and this product has never gone down.
