Parcel was posted at Bluewatersbay post office on 5/12/2012
Tracking on their website reflects last updated on the 7/12/2012 in transit Witspos
On Monday 21/1/2013 I queried this status with their call centre and was advised that according
to their system it reflects last scanned on the 21/12/2012 transit Witspos
When I asked where is the parcel was now, I was told maybe still at Witspos
This is a month later and still no parcel received by recipient.
I sent a email to their customer services however 72 hours later still no response. This is shocking service.
At least they could have acknowledged my email and advised that they would get back to me. To much to ask??
