It is 2013 and the Postal Service of our dear beloved South Africa is worse than EVER before. Just look at the following tracking of my package that I ordered from Israel on 12 December 2012 that still haven't arrived in Port Elizabeth:

This is just plain incompetence by SAPO and there is no excuse for bad service that is just as pathetic as this. But what can I do? I have contacted the Customer Services via telephone and e-mail, but there is just basically not much Maug Ngalo can do (his help is appreciated). I'm sure he is just as frustrated as I am by the that he has to work with. He even sent a notice of priority through to Johannesburg International Mail Centre, but seems as if it has no effect.
Next step is definitely the newspapers.
