WOW! Service delivery of the SAPO is extremely disgusting! Sent a registered package from Cape Town to Benmore on the 08th July and still it has not reached it's destination. The worst part, they don't know where the "registered mail" is...
Called WITSPOS, got transferred to their "Customer Services"? Spoke to Jambulani (Arrogant as) who persisted that the package is at Johannesburg PO, but when calling Johannesburg, they said the package is at WITSPOS.
Urgently need someone (with knowledge) to contact me regarding my package...
Very disappointed.
