We had the partyface package for our wedding day. It was a small wedding and we really wanted photos of everyone so I sent The Photo Corner numerous emails with very specific requests, I was assured the photographer would engage with the guests.
On the day of our wedding I was asked by several guests who "that photographer" is, guests did not receive their prints and asked me for them, I never received those. When I checked the DVD in 2 hours only 44 photos were taken!
We'd paid over R1, 600 for 44 photos!!! (some of which were of our decoration and a number at least 2 shots of a couple/group!)
I communicated that this was absolutely unacceptable and I waited for over a week for a reply. The reply has not made anything better. I was told firstly their photographer is experienced which made me feel the blame was all placed towards me. They insisted that the photographer did explain why he was there (why would my guests lie?) and then that my guests were unco-operative and the host should have instructed the guests (really, on my wedding day?) Excuses were also made for the missing prints.
I am so deeply disappointed, brides know photos on that day are not replaceable.
