UNPROFFESSIONAL & ILL-MANNERED CALL CENTER AGENT

I HAVE CALLED SACAP TO FIND INFORMATION REGARDING TARIFF OF FEES. SPOKE TO THE SWITCH BOARD LADY WHO LATER PUT ME THROUGH TO THEIR CONTACT CENTER LADY. UNFORTUNATELY I DID NOT GET HER NAME, BUT SHE SAID SHE WAS THE ONLY PERSON IN THE OFFICE AND I MUST CALL BACK AFTER 10MINUTES. WHILE I WAS TRYING TO UNDERSTAND WHY I SHOULD CALL AFTER 10 MINUTES WHEN SHE CAN EASILY PUT ME THROUGH TO SWITCH BOARD AND THEY CAN TRANSFER MY CALL TO SOMEONE WITHIN SACAP WHO CAN ASSIST ME. SHE STARTED BEING IMPATIENT INSISTING THAT I CALL AFTER 10MINUTES.

WHEN I ASKED HER TO PLEASE BE PATIENT AND ALLOW ME TO EXPLAIN WHAT IT IS THAT I WANTED FROM HER SHE SCREAMED AND SAID SHE IS NOT BEING IMPATIENT AND RUDELY HANG UP THE PHONE.

SACAP IS SUPPOSE TO BE THE COUNCIL FOR ARCHITECTURAL PROFESSIONS AND THEY THEMSELVES HAVE CONTACT CENTER STAFF MEMBERS WHO ACT UNPROFESSIONALLY.
