We employed Caylee G Photography to do the photos for our wedding in October 2012. Our couple shoot got messed up on our wedding day due to heavy rainfall, so Caylee graciously offered a free reshoot in our wedding attire to make up for those photos. We only found this out because we chased her as to what is happening with our photos after the 8 week deadline was up. We did the reshoot in February 2013.By the end of March we still had no photos. We only received our Engagement and Initial wedding photos in April. The reshoot photos we only received in June 2013 and we only got our album in May. Caylee had a business fall out after our reshoot and that meant some of our photos were compromised. Our reshoot photos were corrupted. We told her we were not happy about this. We got told to wait and that we were rude for not being extra understanding! We had to employ legal help to enforce her to complete the contract as weeks turned into months. We had to constantly chase her to communicate with us. Our kindness was taken advantage of and she put us on an emotional roller coaster. Caylee is a talented photographer but our situation was not handled professionally.
