On the afternoon of the 29th January 2013, shortly after 16h00 my power supply was cut off. I then made a payment on the 30th, inclusive of the immediate reconnection fee, faxed the receipt as proof of payment and called the call centre. I got confirmation from the call centre agent that my fax was indeed received at 14h10 and that technicians would be sent through. I called again after 17h00 as the power was still not back and the consultant I got denied receipt of the fax and asked that it be re-faxed the first confirmation. this was done. There was no electricity when we slept, there still is no electricity more than 24 hours after payment and payment of a reconnection fee. I've called several times today, all calls are apparently being escalated... frustrated! All the food in the fridge has to be thrown out. I have toddlers in the house.
