first of all i would like to say thank for the wonderful service i get from the midrand branch however these people from the head office are full of nonsense.
last month i got an sms that says i need to pay my account in 7 days or els the electricity will be cut off and i will be liable for the reconnection fee.
the payment was made on the 6th day and i forwarded the proof of payment but then on the seveth day i got a notice that my elec will be cut off. i then called them and explained that maybe beacuse im transfering from a different bank its probably not showing.
WITH AN ATTITUDE THE LADY TOLD ME WE CAN SEE YOUR PAYMENT HOWEVER WE ARE GONNA CUT OFF YOUR ELECTRICITY AND YOU WILL BE LIABLE FOR THE RECONNECTION FEE AND GUESS WHAT MY BILL IS INCLUDING THAT FEE.
Can anyone from the midrand barnch call me and sort out this mess.
