I signed a contract last year for 36 months, for R200 a month, and a R400 signing on fee of which the sales attempted to pocket 200 for himself. Now for the past 4 months the gym has had notices of closure even though they were adamant that its all false and they wont be going anywhere. Of course as all gyms do they and have now been closed for 2 months. I cancelled my debit order 3 month's ago as the contract states that i must pay the contract even if they relocate which they haven't, they have just closed, therefore they have breached the contract.( Randfontein branch has been there for some time already so thats not relocating)
Now of course they have reinstated the debit order.
DO not go and sign a contract at any small gym especially anyone that's been involved with fittstop, they are a bunch of.
